Do you have gift cards?

Yes we do, just click on the link on the home page.

When will I know if my order is complete? 

You should receive a confirmation email as soon as your payment is verified and authorized

How long does it take for my order to come in?

This is all based on when you place your order and what shipping you select. 2-3 business days is the normal processing rate, but this does not include holidays or weekends. 

Do you give refunds?

We offer store credit for items that are shipped back within 14 business days of receiving your order. If you receive your order and it seems to be damaged, send us an email (info@biellacoboutique.com). This is the best way to contact us, and include images of the item. 

How will I know if my item is the correct size?

We will have below the product a sizing chart and the details of the clothing. Pay attention to the details and key words such as OVERSIZED.
